Growing up in London and the south-east of England, there were never many role models who I could relate to. Growing up Indian in the UK made me yearn for role models from similar cultural backgrounds- yet none were ever presented to me.

In an effort to inspire any of you who have ever felt the same way, I thought I’d share some short bios of people who I’ve since discovered and who inspire me be to my best today.
